VidClarity — the fine print, in plain language

Legal & policies

Everything below is written to be read, not skimmed past. Three documents govern your relationship with VidClarity: the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Revisions Policy. Questions? evidclarity@gmail.com.

01

Terms of Service

These terms explain how VidClarity works, what you get, how you pay, and who owns the finished video.

Who we are

VidClarity is a video production service operated as a sole proprietorship by Mohabbat Jan Al Kureshi. VidClarity is our trading name; there is no separate company or LLC behind it. When these terms say "we," "us," or "VidClarity," they mean that business. When they say "you" or "the client," they mean the person or company placing an order.

You can reach us at evidclarity@gmail.com or by phone/WhatsApp at +8801723666844. Our address is House 345, Middle Betagi, Rangunia, Chattogram, Bangladesh. We operate from Bangladesh and work with B2B clients worldwide, including in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.

By placing an order or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms. Before you pay, you are asked to affirmatively confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund, Revisions & Cancellation Policy; that acceptance is recorded with a timestamp as part of your order record. If you are ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

What we do

We make short, custom "clarity" explainer videos for B2B SaaS companies. Every video is produced from scratch for your specific product — we research how your product works, write a script, and after you approve it we produce a finished digital video file for you to download.

The deliverable is a custom-produced digital video file (or files, depending on your package). It is bespoke, made-to-order work built to your approved script. We do not sell stock videos, templates, or off-the-shelf products.

Our packages and prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD). We currently offer three packages:

  • One Clarity Video — a single custom explainer video. $997 USD, one-time.
  • Three-Video Pack — three custom explainer videos. $2,500 USD, one-time.
  • The Clarity Retainer — ongoing video work on a monthly basis. $3,000 USD per month.

The full price for your package is shown to you before you pay, and it is repeated on the invoice we send you. If we run a discount or promotion, its specific terms and conditions will be stated wherever that offer appears; if no promotion terms are shown, the standard prices above apply. We do not add hidden fees. If your project needs something outside the scope of your package, we will quote it to you in writing and you decide whether to go ahead before we do the work.

How ordering and production work

Here is the exact process, step by step:

  • You order and pay. Production is triggered by payment.
  • We research and send a script. We deliver a first script within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
  • We revise the script until you're happy. You get unlimited script revisions within the scope of the video you ordered. Nothing is produced until you approve the script in writing.
  • You approve the script in writing. This is the approval gate. Once you sign off on the script, we start production.
  • We deliver the finished video. We deliver the finished video within 48 hours of your written script approval.

All of these timelines start from your payment or your approval and assume you have given us the information we need. If we are waiting on feedback, assets, or answers from you, the clock pauses until you get back to us.

Script approval and revisions

The script-approval step matters, so it's worth being precise about it.

Unlimited revisions apply to the script, within the scope of the video you ordered. A revision is a change or tweak to the script for the video you already commissioned — rewording, reordering, sharpening, adjusting tone, fixing anything that isn't right. Keep them coming until the script is right.

A revision is not the same as new scope. Asking for a different product to be explained, a fundamentally new concept, additional videos beyond your package, or changes to a stage you've already signed off on is a new change order, not a revision. We'll quote new scope in writing before doing it, and it's your choice whether to proceed.

Approving the script starts production. After you approve the script in writing, requests to change that script become paid change orders, because production has begun against it. To keep your project from stalling, if we send you a script or a finished video for approval and we don't hear back from you within five business days, we may treat it as approved so we can move forward — we'll always tell you when a deadline like this is running.

If the finished video doesn't match the approved script, we fix it at no cost. That's our promise. The finished video should faithfully reflect the script you signed off on; if it doesn't, tell us and we'll correct it for free.

Delivery

Everything we make is delivered digitally. We deliver the finished video file to you electronically — by download link, cloud folder, or email to the address on your account. We keep timestamped records of script approvals, revision requests, and draft and final delivery so both sides have a clear history of what was sent and when.

Delivery times: script within 24 hours of payment; finished video within 48 hours of written script approval. These are working targets that assume timely responses from you. Delays caused by late feedback, late assets, or unanswered questions pause the clock. If we ever miss a deadline that is genuinely our fault, tell us — we'll get you a straight answer on timing and make it right.

Fees and payment

All fees are in USD and are due as stated on your invoice. Right now we accept payment by bank transfer (ACH / IBAN), SWIFT wire, UK Faster Payments / iFAST, and Remitly. Transfer details are sent to you by email with your invoice.

Card payments through Stripe and PayPal are coming soon. When those are enabled, Stripe and/or PayPal will act as our payment processor and will process card transactions on our behalf. This means the information needed to take payment (such as your name, email, company, and card details) is shared with them, and they handle it under their own terms of service and privacy policies — see Stripe's Privacy Policy and PayPal's Privacy Policy. We never store card or bank account numbers on our website. We will update these terms and our Privacy Policy when card payments go live.

Work begins when payment is received. For the monthly Clarity Retainer, each month is billed in advance and covers that month's work.

Refunds, cancellation, and disputes

Because every video is custom-made to your specification, completed and in-progress work can't be resold, so our refund policy is tied to how far the project has gone. This is a summary; our full Refund, Revisions & Cancellation Policy governs.

  • Before we start any work: you can cancel for a full refund.
  • After we've started (script research/writing) but before you approve the script: you can cancel for a partial refund, minus the pre-production work already done.
  • After you approve the script / once production has begun: we don't offer a cash refund, because the custom work is underway. Instead, the remedy is that we keep revising the video to match your approved script until it's right.

None of this limits your legal rights. If a finished video is materially not as described against the approved script, is corrupted or undeliverable, or we simply fail to deliver, we will fix it, re-deliver it, or refund you as appropriate — that is separate from a change of mind.

To cancel or raise a problem, email evidclarity@gmail.com. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute — we respond quickly and would much rather fix the actual problem with a re-edit, more revisions, or a fair credit than fight over a dispute.

Ownership and usage rights

When your invoice is paid in full, you get full commercial rights to the finished video, worldwide, forever. You can use it, publish it, edit it, and put it wherever you like, for any commercial purpose, with no ongoing fees to us.

Until an invoice is paid in full, the deliverables remain ours, and rights and final files transfer to you only on full payment. Any material you supply to us — your logo, product footage, brand assets, copy — stays yours; you're just giving us permission to use it to make your video.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

To make your video, we rely on you to give us accurate information about your product and to respond to scripts and drafts in reasonable time.

You also confirm that any material you supply to us — footage, images, music, logos, text, or anything else — is yours to use or properly licensed, and that our using it to make your video won't infringe anyone else's rights. You agree not to ask us to produce content that is illegal, infringes someone else's intellectual property, is defamatory, is adult or sexually explicit, or otherwise violates the acceptable-use rules of our payment providers. We may decline or stop work on any project that would put us in breach of those rules or the law, and if we do we'll deal with you fairly on any refund.

International customers and legal restrictions

We are based in Bangladesh and sell and deliver our services internationally, including to clients in the US, UK, and EU. You are responsible for making sure that ordering our services, and the way you use the finished video, is lawful where you are. We don't knowingly provide services where doing so would breach export controls or sanctions that apply to us. If any legal or export restriction affects your order, we'll tell you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We put real care into every video and we stand behind our work with the revision and fix-it promises above. That said, VidClarity is a small, sole-proprietor business, and we need to be clear about the limits of what we're promising.

We deliver the video described in your approved script. We don't guarantee any particular business result — such as a specific number of views, sign-ups, conversions, or sales — because those depend on many things outside our control. Except where the law says otherwise, the service is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent allowed by law we exclude any warranties we haven't expressly given in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of your order is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that order (for the Clarity Retainer, the amount paid in the month the issue arose). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

Payment processing and your data

To run your order and your account, we collect your name, work email, and company name. Our accounts and login are handled through Supabase. We don't currently use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. How we handle your data is explained in full in our Privacy Policy.

Once we enable card payments, Stripe and/or PayPal will process those payments on our behalf, which means the information needed to take payment is shared with them and handled under their own privacy policies. We'll link to those policies at checkout and in our Privacy Policy when that goes live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute that we can't resolve directly. This doesn't take away any mandatory consumer protections you're entitled to under the laws of the country where you live. Wherever possible, we'd much rather sort out any issue with a quick email than go anywhere near a court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time — for example, when we turn on card payments. The version in force for your order is the one published when you place it. If we make a material change, we'll show a new date below and, where it affects active clients, let you know by email or in your account. If you keep using our service after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Right of withdrawal and custom-work consent (EU/UK and consumer customers)

Our work is custom-made and produced to your specific order. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you would normally have a 14-day right to change your mind and withdraw from a service contract. Because we begin bespoke work — research, scripting, and production — specifically for you, the law lets you waive that right for custom/made-to-order work, but only if you expressly ask us to start and acknowledge what that means.

Accordingly, by paying for your package and approving your script, you expressly request that we begin work immediately, and you acknowledge that once we begin performing the service you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the work that has been started or completed. This does not affect your statutory rights if the finished video is faulty, corrupted, undeliverable, or materially not as described against the approved script — those remedies are covered in our Refund, Revisions & Cancellation Policy and are separate from a change of mind.

02

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information VidClarity collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

VidClarity is the trading name of a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Mohabbat Jan Al Kureshi. We are not incorporated as a company or LLC. We produce custom short "clarity" explainer videos for B2B SaaS businesses worldwide.

For anything in this policy, including any request about your data, you can reach us here:

  • Email: evidclarity@gmail.com
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +8801723666844
  • Postal address: House 345, Middle Betagi, Rangunia, Chattogram, Bangladesh

VidClarity is the "data controller" for the personal information described here, meaning we decide what is collected and why. Because we are a small sole proprietorship, we have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, and we are not required to. If you are in the EU or UK and believe we need an Article 27 representative, contact us and we will address it.

What we collect and why

We try to collect as little as possible. To take an order and run your account, we collect:

  • Your name — so we know who we are working with and can address you correctly.
  • Your work email — to create and secure your account, send your invoice and payment details, deliver your script and finished video, and communicate about the project.
  • Your company name — to set up the order, keep your records straight, and understand the product we are making a video about.

When you have an account, our authentication provider also handles standard account metadata on our behalf, such as a securely hashed password and login timestamps. We do not see or store your raw password.

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account numbers through this website. We never store card or bank details on the site. When you pay by bank transfer, SWIFT wire, UK Faster Payments / iFAST, or Remitly, the transfer details are sent to you by email with your invoice, and you complete the payment through your own bank or provider.

Why we are allowed to use your data (legal bases)

If you are in the EU or UK, data protection law requires us to have a lawful basis for each use of your information. Ours are:

  • Performance of a contract — creating your account and delivering the video service you ordered. This is our main basis.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping your account secure and administering the service, so long as this does not override your rights.
  • Consent — only if you ever opt in to something optional, such as marketing emails. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, with no effect on processing that already happened.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers we need to run VidClarity, and only for that purpose:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication. Your name, work email, company, and account metadata are stored with Supabase as our processor.
  • Our email provider — we use a transactional email service to send invoices, payment details, scripts, and finished videos, and to communicate with you about your project. Your name and work email are processed by that provider on our behalf.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer, SWIFT wire, UK Faster Payments / iFAST, and Remitly. We are enabling card payments through Stripe and PayPal. When you pay by card, we share the data needed to take that payment — such as your name, work email, company, and the payment information you enter — with the relevant payment processor:

  • Stripe — where you pay by card via Stripe, Stripe acts as the payment processor and processes that transaction on our behalf. Stripe handles your payment data under its own privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy.
  • PayPal — where you pay via PayPal, PayPal acts as the payment processor and processes that transaction on our behalf. PayPal handles your payment data under its own privacy policy: https://www.paypal.com/privacy.

These payment processors handle your payment data under their own privacy policies, not this one. We do not receive or store your full card number or bank account number on this website.

International data transfers

VidClarity is operated from Bangladesh, and our customers are global (US, EU, UK, and elsewhere). Our providers, including Supabase and our email provider, may process your data outside your own country, including outside the EEA and UK. That means your information will, at minimum, be handled in the country where we operate and in the regions our providers use.

Where the law requires a safeguard for these transfers — such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, or reliance on an adequacy decision where one applies — we rely on the appropriate one. If you would like details of the safeguard covering a specific transfer, email us and we will provide it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and order information for as long as you have an account with us, plus a short wind-down period after your account is closed so we can finish any final delivery, handle billing, and meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Where we cannot give an exact period, we use these criteria: how long the contract and account are active, then any statutory limitation and tax-record periods that apply. When you close your account and those periods have passed, we delete or anonymize your personal information. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see your rights below.

Your rights (EU / UK)

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify data that is wrong or incomplete.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Port your data to another provider.
  • Withdraw consent where we relied on it.

To exercise any of these, email evidclarity@gmail.com. We respond without undue delay, generally within one month. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) for UK users, or your national Data Protection Authority for EU users — though we would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

Your rights (California / CCPA & CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know and access the personal information we collect, to delete it, and to correct it. You can exercise these rights by emailing evidclarity@gmail.com.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link to provide. We also do not use sensitive personal information in any way that would trigger a "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" right. We will never discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Cookies and essential storage

We keep this simple. We use only strictly necessary cookies and local or session storage — for example, the authentication session and token our provider (Supabase) uses to keep you logged in and to secure your account.

We do not use advertising cookies or any third-party advertising or cross-site tracking on this site, and we do not sell your data.

Personalised email links. If you reached this site through a personalised link in an email we sent you, that link contains a private code identifying your invitation. When you open it, we record — on our own systems (Supabase), tied to that code — that the link was opened, how many times, and which parts of this page you interacted with (for example, whether you used the estimate calculator or began checkout). We use this only to make our own follow-up relevant; it is first-party, we never share it with advertisers, and we do not combine it with third-party profiles. If you would prefer we not associate your visit with your invitation, reply to our email and we will delete the record and stop, or simply visit vidclarity.com directly (without the code) and no such association is made. Where the law requires consent for this, we rely on our legitimate interest in measuring our own outreach and will honour any objection or deletion request at evidclarity@gmail.com.

Children

VidClarity is a business-to-business tool for SaaS companies. It is not directed to or intended for children — not for anyone under 16 in the EU/UK, or under 13 in the US — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

How to contact us about your privacy

For any privacy question, or to make an access, correction, or deletion request, contact us directly:

  • Email: evidclarity@gmail.com
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +8801723666844
  • Postal address: House 345, Middle Betagi, Rangunia, Chattogram, Bangladesh

This inbox is monitored, and we handle privacy requests without undue delay.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the tools we use change — for example, as card payments through Stripe and PayPal are enabled across all checkouts. When we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date below and let you know by email or through a notice in your account. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.

Refund & Revisions Policy

This page explains, in plain language, exactly when you can get your money back on custom video work, how revisions work, and how we handle problems before they ever become a dispute.

The short version

VidClarity makes custom short "clarity" explainer videos for B2B SaaS companies. Every video is produced from scratch to your specifications, so this policy is written for made-to-order creative work, not off-the-shelf products.

  • You get unlimited script revisions before anything is produced. We do not start production until you approve the script in writing.
  • If the finished video doesn't match the script you approved, we fix it at no cost until it does.
  • Refunds are largest before work begins and shrink as we do the work your deposit paid for. After you approve the script, the remedy is us finishing the job, not cash back.
  • If we fail to deliver, or the final video is materially not as described, corrupted, or undeliverable, you are entitled to a re-delivery or a refund. This policy never removes your legal rights.

The sections below spell all of this out. If anything here is unclear, email us at evidclarity@gmail.com before you order.

What you are buying

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We currently offer:

  • One Clarity Video — $997 USD, one-time.
  • Three-Video Pack — $2,500 USD, one-time.
  • The Clarity Retainer — $3,000 USD per month.

Each deliverable is a custom-produced digital video file created specifically for your product. We research your product, write a script, and produce the finished video after you sign off on the script. Because every video is built to your specifications, it has no resale value to anyone else — which is why the refund terms below are staged around the work already done, rather than a flat "no refunds."

How the process works (and why it matters for refunds)

Understanding the stages makes the refund tiers obvious. Here is the sequence we promise:

  • Script within 24 hours of payment. Once we receive your payment, we research your product and deliver a first script within 24 hours.
  • Unlimited script revisions. We revise the script as many times as you need. There is no cap and no per-revision fee at this stage, and we aim to return each revision round within 24 hours of receiving your notes.
  • Nothing is produced until you approve the script in writing. Written approval (email is fine) is the go-ahead to begin production. This is the point where pre-production work becomes non-recoverable.
  • Deemed approval. If we deliver a script (or ask you to confirm final approval) and we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, we will treat the script as approved so your project doesn't stall. We will always warn you before this happens, and you can pause the clock at any time by replying.
  • Finished video 48 hours after script approval. We deliver the produced video within 48 hours of your written (or deemed) script approval.
  • Full rights on full payment. Once the invoice is paid in full, you receive full commercial rights to the video, worldwide, forever, and the final files are released to you.

The written script approval is the hinge of this whole policy: it is the moment your feedback has been fully incorporated and we commit real production time. Refunds are generous before it and limited after it.

Revisions: what's unlimited, and what's a new request

We promise unlimited script revisions before production, and we mean it. There is no round limit and no extra charge to keep refining the script until it is right. We aim to return each revision round within 24 hours of receiving your notes.

To keep that promise honest and workable, here is the line between a revision and a new request:

  • A revision is a change or tweak within the direction you've already given us — rewording, tightening, reordering, or adjusting the approved concept. These are included.
  • A new request (change order) is a new concept, a different product or message, or changes to a stage you have already signed off on in writing. Once you approve the script, further changes to that approved script or to the produced video's underlying direction are new scope, quoted and agreed separately before we start them.
  • Fixing the video to match the approved script is never a change order. If the finished video doesn't match what you approved, we correct it at no cost — that is our guarantee, not a revision you pay for.

Requesting revisions does not reset or extend your refund eligibility; refund rights are governed by the project stage described below.

Refunds by project stage

Refund eligibility follows how much work your payment has paid for. This staged, proportionate approach reflects our actual costs and gives you a clear picture at every point:

  • Before any work begins. If you cancel before we have started research or scripting, you receive a full refund.
  • After we've started, but before you approve the script. You receive a partial refund — the amount you paid, minus the non-refundable deposit that covers the pre-production work already performed (research, scripting, and revisions). See the deposit clause below.
  • After you approve the script in writing / once production has begun. There is no monetary refund at this stage. The work your payment funded is underway. Your remedy is our commitment to keep revising and finishing the video until it matches the approved script — not cash back.

This structure exists so the terms are fair to both sides: you never pay for work that wasn't done, and we don't absorb the cost of custom work that can't be resold.

The non-refundable deposit

Once we begin pre-production, a portion of your payment becomes a non-refundable deposit. It covers the work we have actually performed before production: researching your product, writing the script, and carrying out revisions.

The deposit is 25% of the package price and becomes non-refundable at the moment pre-production work commences (i.e., once we start research or scripting after your payment). Before that point, nothing is withheld.

Please note the timing. Because we aim to deliver your first script within 24 hours of payment, our research and scripting usually begin shortly after you pay. That means the "full refund before any work begins" window is short in practice. If you think you may want to cancel, email us at evidclarity@gmail.com as soon as possible — if you tell us to hold before we start research, we will not begin, and your full-refund right is preserved. This deposit is tied to real work done — it is not a fee for changing your mind, and it is disclosed here and on your invoice rather than hidden.

Delivery timelines and delays

We deliver digital video files electronically — via a download link or cloud folder sent to the email on your order. Our committed timelines are:

  • Script: within 24 hours of payment.
  • Finished video: within 48 hours of your written script approval.

These clocks start when payment (for the script) or written script approval (for the video) is received. Client-caused delays pause the clock — if we're waiting on your feedback, approval, or any inputs we need from you, that time doesn't count against our turnaround.

If we miss a deadline we committed to, for reasons within our control, contact us and we'll make it right — by prioritizing your delivery and, where the delay is significant and our fault, discussing a fair partial credit. A missed deadline caused by our failure to deliver is treated under the "not as described / non-delivery" section below, which preserves your right to a refund.

What is always refundable: not-as-described and non-delivery

Separate from any change-of-mind situation, and regardless of the "sales final" stage above, we will fix, re-deliver, or refund if:

  • The final video is materially not as described — meaning it does not match the script you approved in writing.
  • The delivered file is corrupted or undeliverable and we cannot provide a working version.
  • We fail to deliver at all.

This is a commitment to good faith and a reflection of your rights under consumer law — nothing in this policy waives statutory rights you may have. A "sales final" stage applies to change-of-mind, not to defective or undelivered work.

How to cancel or raise a concern

To cancel, request revisions, or raise any concern, email evidclarity@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +8801723666844. Tell us your company name and what you'd like to do.

  • To cancel: email us. The effect of cancellation depends on the project stage and the refund tiers above (and, for the retainer, the billing terms above).
  • To request revisions: reply to the script or video with your notes. Before script approval, revisions are unlimited and free.
  • How refunds are paid. Where a refund is due under this policy, we issue it to your original payment method or channel within 5 to 10 business days of approving the refund, in USD.
  • Ownership and final files transfer to you only once the invoice is paid in full. Until then, we hold the final deliverable.

We keep timestamped records of script approvals, revision requests, and draft and final deliveries so that, if a question ever comes up, we can resolve it quickly and fairly.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute

If something isn't right, email us first at evidclarity@gmail.com. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. Almost everything can be solved with another revision, a re-edit, or — where warranted under this policy — a partial credit or refund.

We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, so we have the chance to fix it directly. A dispute filed before we've had a chance to help usually just slows the resolution down for both of us.

For clients in the EU and UK: custom-work consent

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, the law normally gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. Because our videos are custom-made to your specifications, this right does not apply once work has begun — but only if you have expressly agreed to that.

By approving your script and asking us to begin production, you expressly consent to work starting immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once production begins. Before that point, the refund tiers above still apply. This does not affect your rights if the work is faulty or not as described.

Payments and processing

Payment is currently accepted by bank transfer (ACH/IBAN), SWIFT wire, UK Faster Payments/iFAST, and Remitly. Transfer details are emailed to you with your invoice; we never store card or bank numbers on our website. Card payments (Stripe/PayPal) are coming soon.

Once card payments are enabled, they will be handled by our payment processor (Stripe and/or PayPal), who will process the transaction on our behalf and handle the payment details under their own privacy policy. We will update this policy at that time.

Who we are

We may update this policy as our business changes (for example, when card payments go live). When we make a material change, we'll note the new date here and, where appropriate, let active clients know by email.

Your agreement to this policy

Because our work is custom and the refund terms are staged around the work already done, we ask every client to agree to this policy before paying.

  • At checkout, you must tick a box (not ticked by default) that reads: "I have read and agree to the Refund, Revisions & Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service." The box links to this full policy.
  • We record the date and time of that agreement together with your order, so both sides have a clear, timestamped record of what was agreed.

Monthly retainer: billing and cancellation

The Clarity Retainer is a recurring service billed at $3,000 USD per month. These terms apply to it in addition to everything above:

  • Auto-renewal. The retainer renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel. Each month entitles you to the agreed volume of work for that month.
  • How to cancel. Email evidclarity@gmail.com at any time. To stop the next month's charge, let us know before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
  • Mid-month cancellation. If you cancel partway through a month you have already paid for, you keep access to that month's work through the end of the paid period; the current month is not prorated or refunded, because the work for that month is already reserved and underway.
  • Work already in progress. Within each month, the per-stage refund tiers and the script-approval gate above apply to any video that is being produced when you cancel.

We will never charge you after a cancellation takes effect, and we keep a timestamped record of your cancellation request.
